Swam
(main strokes: backstroke, butterfly) on the National Team for Bernal's
Gators Swim Club while growing up outside of Boston. Competed in
multiple New England Age Group and New England Senior Championships.
Swam four years for Duxbury High School, winning the Massachusetts
South Sectional Championships in the 100 backstroke my senior year
and making the finals of the Massachusetts State
Championships all four years. Member of 200 freestyle relay team
that broke Duxbury record. Acquired my bachelor's degree Psychology
from Bates College (NCAA DIII) in Lewiston, ME. Three year finalist
at the NESCAC (New England Small College Athletic Conference)
Championships. Broke school records in the 100 yard backstroke and
400 medley relay. Chosen to represent Bates at the NESCAC Athletic
Conference/Symposium focusing on sportsmanship between NESCAC schools.
Spent my summers life guarding at Duxbury Beach (20 minutes north
of Cape Cod).
