Claudia
Ettelson has coached swimming for 16 years. As a competitive swimmer
she swam with the Mission Viejo Nadadores under coach Mark Schubert
and made Sr. Nationals in the 200 and 100 Backstroke. She also swam
with Cal State University Long Beach and UCLA swim teams qualifying
for the national championships in the backstroke events. Her coaching
career started as a UCLA assistant. She also coached 10 years with
the Blue Fins Swim Team in San Diego and now she is enjoying her
6th year with Pacific Swim developing the Age Group swimmers. Claudia
lives in Rancho Penasquitos with her husband Jack and two children
Hayley and Dan.
